Extra cheesy taco mac and cheese recipe
Super easy and cheesy taco mac and cheese
Sauce Ingredients:
1/2 of a medium onion, diced
1.3 pounds of 85 / 15 ground beef
1 teaspoon taco seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cans of Rotel
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz mozzarella cheese
Pasta Ingredients
Water
1 Tablespoon salt
1 pound of pasta

Reverse-seared Tritip cooked on a Webber Kettle grill. I cooked the tri-tip covered and away from the flames until they reached 138F internal temp. Then they were placed right over the coals to give them a nice crust. Store bought shredded cheese is usually coated in flour to keep it from sticking together.

Low or High Speed? On a 2-speed immersion blender (such as a Hamilton Beach) was the video produced with the blender set on low speed? (This is an old video, but I thought I would give it a shot.)
I went with "Low." It worked perfectly.
No browning? The Mallard effect adds noticeable flavor to beef dishes.

Hi, nice video. Just a bit of info to add. When the milk solids are white on top and bottom of pot that is clarified butter and when the solids and top foam start to turn a light brown and then begin to bubble a lot on the top that is ghee. It has a nutty smell and flavor..
